commitment means the state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity, etc.

When you commit to something it means you're dedicated to it and there's no going back. Being committed means agreeing to do something and sticking to it. Its not a good look if you were to commit to something and you back down from it after. Willing to do something without having to or wanting to back down is what being committed is.

this is showing signs of assertiveness.When you follow what you're supposed to do it will eventually lead you to freedom. Its obvious that being obedient leads you to freedom because nothing else says freedom like following rules and being obedient.

Being reliable is a good and positive thing to be.People will like you if they know you are reliable. You will be the person to go to when they need help with something and expect good results. You will be considered a trustworthy person and that is always a good thing. Reliability is a overall positive trait to have and everyone should learn how to be reliable.

When you take bold decisions its when you know youre right and are stepping up and taking action. It can also be facing your fears and setting them aside to do something risky or scary. To be bold one must be loud, clear, assertive and confident.
