Boldness is not hesitating or fearful in the face of actual or possible danger or rebuff; courageous and daring: a bold hero. not hesitating to break the rules of propriety; forward; impudent.
When you take bold decisions its when you know youre right and are stepping up and taking action. It can also be facing your fears and setting them aside to do something risky or scary. To be bold one must be loud, clear, assertive and confident.
